Suave has a good range of body lotion at a reasonable price (coupons help to lower it even further) and one of the main staples I keep for hands and feet is Petroleum Jelly Cream (often found with the baby items). The cheapest I have found is at dollar stores (Dollartree carries it and can be purchased in stores or ordered online). Put it on your feet and hands when you go to bed. You'll notice a big difference.
