Vehicle Safety Recalls

If you're not sure if your vehicle has safety recalls or if you've received a notice that seems suspicious (marketing firms sometimes use this ploy to get you to contact them) check on the SafeCar.Gov website. There's lots of information regarding your vehicle and if you enter your vehicle number (VIN) a list will show up if there are any recalls connected with your vehicle. The VIN can be found in several places and also on your registration renewal receipt.
