The holidays are creeping upon us and if you haven't already been collecting Christmas gifts, now is the time to sit down and write out a plan.
Consider buying small and inexpensive items for the Christmas stocking instead of large items. Write out a budget for what you can spend (without being in debt by January 1).
Research Pinterest for ideas of home made presents especially if you have hobbies that you can gift.
Use Swagbucks for searching the internet and completing surveys and use Swagbucks to purchase gift cards.
Cash in cash-back bonuses on your credit cards.
Have a few generic gifts handy for hostess gifts or gift exchanges you might not have been prepared for. Plants are a good choice. Or start spring bulbs in some pretty pots (yard sale finds). It may be a little late to plant them now for Christmas blooming, but they will still be a welcome gift.
