Cleaning Outside Grills

To clean outside grills or oven shelves, take them outside and put them in a garbage bag. Add a cup of ammonia, close the bag with a twist tie or wire and leave to soak. Rinse off with the hose.

Ammonia has a variety of uses, including cleaning windows (dilute with water), but make sure you don't mix it with bleach.
