Take a look at your insurance policies. Compare prices (especially if you have had your policy for a while). Check with your insurance company to see if you can lower the cost of your insurance. If you are retired, make sure you let your insurance company know that you are no longer driving for business, but for pleasure only. It should lower your rates.
Compare prices on home insurance. It's usually cheaper to have both vehicle insurance and home insurance with the same company.
Life insurance - If your children are no longer living at home and you have few debts, you may not need such a high policy.
Pay insurance annually for a lower cost and check your deductible. You may be able to save money by increasing it.
