I received this in the mail. Today I stopped by J.C. Penney bought a gift for $10 (sale item reduced from $18) and didn't have to pay a penny (excuse the pun) not even sales tax.I have no idea how I ended up on their mailing list unless it was from the days when I used to use their hair salon, but I get these occasionally.
Also, the receipt offered a 15% off coupon for completing a survey (you have to do the survey within 7 days of purchase and redeem the coupon within 30 days).
