Cost of Essential Grocery Items
Keep a list of essential items and make a note of the regular price at various stores. When something is on sale or a lower price, stock up on anything that can be frozen or stored. Even if it is perishable you will still know the best prices at which stores. For example, Aldi always seems to have the lowest price on eggs.
