Silly Ways to Save Money

Separating two-ply toilet paper (Umm – how about just buying one ply?)
Leaving price tags on clothes and returning them after several days wear (sounds like stealing to me – they can’t be resold.)
Not flushing the toilet for weeks (You’ll probably have to spend more money on bleach than you would have on water)
Getting excited about saving tomato ketchup packets from fast food restaurants (How about not eating at a fast food restaurant ($30+ for a family of 5) and buying the $1.30 bottle of ketchup)
Don’t eat on Mondays (but won’t you eat twice as much after midnight?)
Knitting clothes with dog hair (I kid you not there’s a book for this)
Running out of gas on the highway to get a gallon of "free" gas from roadside assistance

Eat dog or cat food
