Dried Herbs and Spices

I picked up bay leaves at Walmart today, but when I walked down the aisle where the Mexican products are displayed, I found a packet of dried bay leaves that were considerably cheaper. Often you can find lower prices for certain spices at Aldi, dollar stores and even CVS, but they rarely have bay leaves.
