I have a pile of casserole recipes, but really there are only four main ingredients that go into each casserole and can be interchanged.
1. Poultry or fish: Chicken, turkey, ham, tuna
2. Vegetable i.e. broccoli, mushrooms, peas
3. Potatoes, noodles (cooked), rice
4. Cream sauce, cream soup, sour cream
5. Optional additions i.e. nuts
6. Cheese, breadcrumb (toppings)
Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins.
